Big brands should pay attention to moments like this.
Sometimes the next product idea is already happening at store level — you just need to listen to customers and employees experimenting in real time.
Shoutout to the Chick-fil-A team in North Miami Beach for the unexpected “#CoffeeFlow” experience this morning. ☕️🚀
Lowkey felt like a startup MVP launch. 🤣
This morning I went to @ChickfilA for breakfast and ordered a Frosted Coffee. ☕️🍦
But apparently the machine/setup for the regular treat wasn’t fully ready yet. So instead of saying “we can’t,” the team improvised.
They created a completely new drink on the spot called:
“#CoffeeFlow.”
Not on the menu. Not advertised. Just pure breakfast innovation energy. 😂
And honestly… this is how some of the best products happen.
Not from a boardroom. Not from a strategy deck.
Just frontline creativity solving a real-time problem.
Now I’m sitting in the parking lot thinking: Did I just accidentally unlock the Chick-fil-A secret menu? 👀
INSTEAD OF WATCHING NETFLIX TONIGHT.
Spend 1 hour with this.
Claude AI FULL COURSE that teaches you how to BUILD and AUTOMATE anything.
The people who watch this tonight will wake up tomorrow with a skill that most people will not have in 2 years.
The people who skip it will still be watching Netflix next year wondering why nothing in their life has changed.
Your call.
We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.
NASA completed a wet dress rehearsal for the Artemis II mission in the early morning hours on Feb. 3. To allow teams to review data and conduct a second wet dress rehearsal, NASA will now target March as the the earliest possible launch opportunity for the Artemis II mission. https://t.co/ouuIVw1oMB
If you’re attending too, let’s connect. Always open to exchanging ideas with founders and operators building what’s next in the #SpaceEconomy. #SpaceSummit.

Conditions are rapidly deteriorating in Miami Dade as Hurricane Milton’s outer funnel approaches. Winds are intensifying and waters are raising. Stay indoors and follow all safety warnings! #HurricaneMilton#MiamiWeather#FLWx📍Biscayne Bay, Miami Shores, FL.
#Milton appears to be remaining close to forecast track. If I extrapolate, I come up with near Tampa Bay to Sarasota county as landfall point. Dry air and shear have changed the structure of the storm significantly. The tornado threat remains high, with multiple warnings in effect. Max winds now 130 mph. Landfall will occur before midnight with significant storm surge near and south of track.
Tonight (Aug. 19) through Wednesday, look up to see a full moon that is both:
A supermoon—when the Moon is within 90% of its closest approach to Earth
A blue moon—which doesn't necessarily mean the Moon will look blue.
What *does* it mean? Read on: https://t.co/ByNDVSbRr0
