Busy night. Crock pot saves it again.

Mississippi chicken pasta and if you're a Mississippi athlete, this one's for you.

Chicken breast, ranch seasoning, au jus packet, butter, pepperoncini peppers. Cook on high for four hours, shred the chicken, add cavatappi noodles and mozzarella. Done.

Two cups: 800 calories, 71g protein, 58g carbs, 29g fat.

10. Sat in a reds suite with Neil Armstrong
11. Watched Amy Grant with the CPO at Cincinnati Music Hall
12. Partied with Nick Lachey in “Club Bang”on 4th street
13. Ate the “Beluga” sushi boat on the reg in Hyde park Square
14. Sat w/charlie sheen as he smoked a cig in the Queen City club.
