Hi @LNER, just want to say well done to the off duty nurse and doctor that attended to the medical incident on the 6.56am from Edinburgh yesterday in carriage A. Total professionalism to deal with the situation in a very stressful situation.

Hi @Gate8Luggage. Looking for customer service support via Twitter for a Business Mate. No-one seems to answer any customer service emails despite the strong warranty claims. The screws on the handle keep coming loose. How am I supposed to stop them coming loose and losing them?
