3. Assume positive intent. (Thanks @Padday) Outrage is such an easy starting point (especially these days) but you’d be surprised just how well thought out most decisions are if you just stop to ask. This one made such a HUGE difference in so many situations over the years.
Not only do I use CloudApp professionally but I also use it for directions. Specifically to get visitors from the airport to the bar near my house 😂
