@EE I’ve already spoken to someone, they told me they can’t do anything until my bill is generated, so I need to go through all the charges and try get refunds, it is like 14 charges so far
Might be time to move away from @EE after 15 years or so, second time in a few months I’ve had charges on my account that aren’t me, and they can’t tell me where these have come from until they generate my bill. In other words, I’ll have to pay over £300 and hope for a refund
@Argos_Online been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks, told the customer services that original method cannot be accessed as the card company closed. No one cared and they kept saying don’t worry you’ll get a refund. Everytime I’ve tried to complain no one calls me back.
