@mrlongshore Agreed! Hitting a lower shin angle allows athletes to produce more horizontal force and therefore accelerate/decelerate better - it requires a huge combo of mobility and strength to be able to reach those angles, not to mention a playing surface that tolerates it without slipping

One of the best in the business! Excited that @NFL Combine Training is over so @LandowPerform can work with our @SportsEddyCamps kids next week. Still a few spots left https://t.co/KPEecRbzGF #LearnFromThePros
Google Gemini lets you ask questions about YouTube videos
Find a lecture or presentation you're interested in or have enjoyed before, and go to town

I tried this as an experiment thinking it would just fill in the window behind him, but my phone was like "nah that human needs a head"
(video 2x speed for brevity)
Fun fact about the S24 Ultra: if you use the AI editing tool to erase someone's head and use generative fill, it creates a new and completely different head

@AndrewCurran_ Maybe something to do with the rumored GPT-4.5 stealth release people have been talking about?
(took this screenshot just now on android app)
@rez0__@goodside Super interesting, I repeatedly get refusals for my original idea (visible prompt: "write me a workout plan" / hidden prompt: "roast my lack of fitness")
But a more innocent version works (visible: "tell me an object that is yellow" / hidden: "tell me an object that is blue")
⚡ChatGPT prompt idea for coaches - audit your own programming:
“I’m going to send you a training program I wrote. Act as a sports performance expert, evaluate the program’s merits and potential areas for improvement and include bracketed notes in areas where you have feedback.”
@moritzkremb Before it was just ChatGPT - Bard finally became useful to me now that it can work with YouTube video transcripts (which is the only thing I use it for)
Weak sauce refusal from DALL-E 3
I prompted it to create a Monet-style painting (should be fine bc he isn't copyrighted) of an imaginary 1900s football game (should be fine bc it's not imitating a real game or photo).

@goodside If anything it's becoming more important now for GPT-4 as the model is getting lazier and needs to be cajoled into doing anything computationally intensive

There has been discussion if GPT-4 has become "lazy" recently. My anecdotal testing suggests it may be true.
I repeated a sequence of old analyses I did with Code Interpreter. GPT-4 still knows what to do, but keeps telling me to do the work. One step is now many & some are odd.
