@ParentPay Hi. Unfortunately, it's not resolved. Speed is now OK - it's no longer slow to respond. But there's a banner up now, saying you can't currently process card payments. You can't progress through to pay for anything in your basket. The message was there when I logged on at 9:55am.

@ParentPay Are you having system issues this morning? I'm having issues and can't pay money in. The system is very slow, and is throwing up error messages. Then you get a message at the end saying 'The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.'

@StagecoachEMid I know buses run late. What I'd like to know is:
*1) did the 6:55 bus actually run, and
2) why was there no info on the app about the expected arrival time?*

If a bus is late/cancelled, I can adjust my plans - if I'm aware. Otherwise it's chaos & my son is late to college.
