🚨HEDERA'S INSTITUTIONAL POSITIONING WITH OWNERA IS MASSIVELY UNDERRATED!
Hedera recently highlighted their partnership with @OwneraIO and show their decision to...
“expand on Hedera was driven by the institutions using its infrastructure.”
This says everything. $HBAR 🔥
Fidelity, JPMorgan, Citi, U.S. Bank and others have tested tokenised collateral workflows through this ecosystem with @hedera sitting underneath as settlement infrastructure.

BIG!
In June, #NIO rolled out the industry’s first cross-platform simultaneous ADAS upgrade, reaching over 700,000 users.
To date, NIO is likely the only automaker that co-develops and synchronizes ADAS software releases for both general-purpose and in-house chip platforms. It achieves a code reuse rate of over 95%, with cross-platform software porting achievable within one week.
Since embarking on full-stack in-house ADAS development, NIO has prioritized underlying infrastructure over model algorithms.
• Hardware: By migrating sensor software to a higher-level architecture and enabling model sharing across diverse sensor specifications, NIO achieves a “one brain, multiple applications” capability, supporting cross-platform and cross-vehicle deployment without additional retraining or fine-tuning.
• Software: Since adopting Orin-X, NIO has shifted away from general-purpose toolchains and developed its own deployment framework and AI compiler in-house. This has laid the foundation for its in-house chip development and delivers significant performance improvements over off-the-shelf tools.
• Data: NIO’s closed-loop data system uses a unified verification framework for identical test objects across multiple platforms, substantially boosting cross-platform validation efficiency.
To ensure long-term ADAS software updates for users, the subscription model serves as a more reasonable and viable closed-loop business solution.
"20,000 km of Pure‑Electric Driving Across Eurasia" — The signing ceremony for the 2026 Silk Road Challenge (SRC) marked the official kick‑off of the 20,000+ km pure‑electric Eurasian expedition.
#NIO will provide a joint fleet of 14 vehicles (NIO and ONVO models), along with end‑to‑end vehicle service and technical support.
Departing Xi’an, the ancient Silk Road starting point, on Sep 16, the fleet will spend 41 days travelling through 11 countries including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Bulgaria and Serbia, and conclude in Budapest, Hungary.
Within China, the fleet will head west on NIO’s Silk Road battery‑swap route. This 3,605‑km route with 33 battery‑swap stations is scheduled to open in late Sep.
William Li: #NIO’s revenue growth outpaced sales volume growth.
H1 revenue reached RMB 57.67B, up 85.8% YoY.
Gross profit exceeded RMB 10.7B, with gross margin around 18–19%. Raw material cost hikes added RMB 14,000 to the cost per vehicle; without these cost increases, gross profit would have been higher.
Non-vehicle businesses also contributed several hundred million RMB in profit each quarter.
What if $NIO’s battery-swap network stops being a major CapEx burden?
NIO still plans ~1,000 new stations this year—but management says the new infrastructure is expected to be funded by partners.
With 4,000+ stations, 120M swaps and Gen 5 serving all three brands, the economics may be changing more than the station count suggests.

#NIO’s William Li Shares Strategic Insights in Recent Meeting
Q: The third-gen ES8 and ES9 have achieved strong market performance. What replicable experience has NIO summarized in product, sales and operations?
A: NIO’s second-gen products failed to meet expectations in product definition and planning. After a thorough review in 2023, we built a complete target market analysis framework. Since 2024, NIO and ONVO have clarified market positioning and competitive edge building.
Over the past few years, we have established a relatively comprehensive system that now covers all of our product lines, and we will continue to refine it going forward.
Q: As NIO’s intelligent driving capability returns to the industry’s top tier, how will it sustain long-term ADAS competitiveness?
A: The June 18 major ADAS update, covering over 700,000 users on 2nd and 3rd-gen platforms, has greatly improved user satisfaction and usage rates.
NIO will increase investment in talent incentives and computing power to sustain its leading intelligent driving position.
Q: How will NIO approach embodied intelligence? Does the company have a second growth curve beyond NEVs?
A: Embodied intelligence shares core tech stacks with smart EVs. NIO will deploy long-term strategic investments in this field rather than treating it as a core business.
NIO’s primary NEV business still has huge growth potential. Its service and community business reached RMB 10B in revenue last year and RMB 5.8B in H1 2026. It secured full profitability last year and has remained profitable for two straight quarters this year. Driven by the vehicle installed base, this business acts as a key pillar of NIO’s second growth curve.
The second growth curve encompasses a wide range of businesses, including:
• Battery swapping power volume — 2B kWh last year, expected to exceed 3B kWh in 2026.
• Power & energy services — also a key component of this curve.
• ADAS subscriptions — growing alongside the existing vehicle base, representing recurring revenue from the installed fleet.

Hedera sets its transaction fees in dollars and charges them in HBAR
Most chains price transactions in their own token, so the cost of sending anything moves with the market.
@hedera prices a basic transfer at $0.0001, and nodes convert that to hedera-hashgraph:native using an exchange rate published in a network file that's refreshed about once an hour.
The dollar figures are a setting, not a chain property. The setting sits in system file 0.0.113 and can change when that file changes.
High-volume transactions carry a multiplier that scales with network load, and those fees can run above the published table.
