@JamesGaskell41 @CoIeOnX @w_terrence He didn’t hear the complete conversation. Charlie was speaking of DEI forcing employers to hire by skin color and not merit/competency. He meant that he wonders if the black pilot (employed due to DEI) is competent. The statement is totally taken out of context.
@nimrod4jesus@ChrisKFilms@HmsklMom2@charliekirk11 I actually had the measles vaccine as a child and caught the measles. According to my doctor, I caught it from the vaccine. No cases anywhere around. He said it was rare but happens.😢
@matt_vanswol Election between Bush and Gore called too early by CNN and then retracted once or twice. Years later, Wolf Blitzer made the mistake of stating in essence that if “WE” can win these states, “we” can win the election. I’m sad that the media is no longer objective. Give us truth.
@CharmianNeary@DrNeilStone I had the vaccination as a child in the late 60s. I got the measles. The doctor said there was a very small chance of something like that happening, but he said I actually got it from the vaccine.
@choeshow Who would have ever thought burning our flag would be acceptable in this country? So many have died for all it stands for. You heard what this man said about our country. If he hates America so much, I can’t for the life of me, understand why he is here.
Take heart, friend. We don’t have to have all the answers. We just have to stay connected to the One who does.
"When I am overwhelmed, you alone know the way I should turn." (Psalm 142:3a)
Calling on the name of Jesus shouldn’t be our last resort. It should be our first response.
Let's speak the name of Jesus over every need today. There is no other greater power or more assuring calm.
Only Jesus. Forever Jesus.
You can be both confident and humble. Humble knowing there is a God and it’s not you. Confident knowing you were made in God’s image and He has a plan for your life.
If we allow our thoughts to be toxic, that negativity will overflow into our words, our actions, and especially our reactions. Proverbs 23:7 reminds us, “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he."
A good reminder for us to check what we’re allowing to run through our minds today.
