20 years in platforms, most of it Fintech and a long stretch owning a CRM platform.
I still build:
๐ฎ an RTS engine, an AI career-infographic tool ๐ค, a personal vault ๐.
I write about Platform Engineering, DevEx, and what happens when agents hit systems that were never designed for them - along with other platform related AI research I am always doing.
If you work on internal platforms, youโll recognize the scars.
@jeffbruchado Hi!
Building https://t.co/ex09eQkAJe - a vendor neutral tool registry and news aggregator that filters out the noise to help you keep up with whats changing with the tools you build on daily!
22 releases in a year and zero major production incidents, on a regulated CRM platform about 28,000 Fidelity associates worked in every day.
That was my last performance year as L7 Director and Enterprise CRM Platform Owner at Fidelity, after 14 years there.
The rest of what a reference call will back up:
- 12 experience squads and 100+ engineers building on one platform across four business units
- Ran the Siebel to Salesforce migration
- Four clean vendor platform upgrades
- ~$2M in licensing savings
- Brought the platform under continuous SaaS posture management, so config and access posture got checked and enforced daily instead of waiting for the next audit
- Put AI into the delivery pipeline across a 12 team monorepo and moved dependency validation ahead of the commit. Got back roughly 2 hours per dev per release cycle
Now looking for my next Head of Platform Engineering, Head of DevEx, or Senior Director of Platform Engineering role at a company in the 300 to 1,500 person range. Within about an hour of Arlington in DFW, or fully remote.
If you're a CTO, VP of Engineering, head of platform or a search partner in DFW, I'd love to talk! DMs are open
CloudWatch Omni now runs in the US, Canada, Brazil, Ireland, the UK, Germany, India, Singapore, Japan and Australia... 11 regions in all. Pulling Azure and GCP telemetry into AWS is the bigger decision though - check egress, residency and pricing before the AI demo sells it.
So far -
CI/CD and GitOps: Argo CD, Flux, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Tekton, Helm, Kargo, Argo Rollouts
Infrastructure and portals: Backstage, Crossplane, OpenTofu, Pulumi, Cluster API, Amazon EKS

AI on the platform: K8sGPT, kagent, the Kubernetes and Terraform MCP servers
Enterprise platforms: Salesforce CLI, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP BTP
Reports: DORA State of DevOps, State of Platform Engineering
Let me know if you'd like to see something else added - or just search for it! Products not found go into a list and once we see a lot of demand, will be automatically pulled into the coverage!
Would love to have more discussions around how people are building and scaling their products!
I built https://t.co/Jlrl02fvqK to help filter out the noise, and give a clear view into how the tools you depend on are changing with each release, and what to consider berore updating!
If you are...

๐ฅ๏ธOr just someone with a passion for technology
Introduce yourself below and lets connect!
@themikula Awesome, you're product looks interesting! Vibe coding with a real foundation really helps people who may not be life-long SWE get in the game! Great product!
What are some benefits someone building with it could expect? Lets get this in front of more people
@adelelecroix Would love to! We already follow each other here it seems - but I am curious..
What are some challenges you've overcome recently with your stealth startup? Or is there anything a leader with 20 years in enterprise fintech could talk about that would pique your interests?
A bit late in the day, but wanted to set some goals for myself for the week!
- Finish my AI research writing Ive been working on for a couple weeks
- Find folks willing to give me feedback on https://t.co/Jlrl02fvqK
- finalize my product for creating fully animated, narrated videos for enterprise use cases like training, documentation and marketing use cases
- reach 250 quality followers growing in this journey with me!
Lets get it guys!
A vendor-neutral registry and feed of every release, patch and update across platform engineering tools, typed line by line and linked to the source.
There was no easy way to see how the tools you are building on were being updated or what impact those updates could have on your product - so I built one place where you could see everything
