@British_Airways lost luggage (an entire plane’s worth) with no update now going on a day and counting. Can’t get a hold of anyone and our flights yesterday were a complete mess. How can I get in contact with someone for information?
@British_Airways Happy to. We drove to the airport for some assistance and cannot get any help here either. Never experienced such frustration with an airline before. I hope you are more helpful via DM.
Kobe was a legend on the court and just getting started in what would have been just as meaningful a second act. To lose Gianna is even more heartbreaking to us as parents. Michelle and I send love and prayers to Vanessa and the entire Bryant family on an unthinkable day.
