@SaffronOlive My issue with this analogy is that it's so much worse. Wizards isn't paying back out 95% of what they're taking in. You're getting the same amount (or less) of cardboard for a 60-200% markup. It's like if your $5 scratch off jumped up to $11.50 but the prizing was still the same.
