This data is from a 10 year old study. I began having migraines drum at least the age of 6. I wonder what information can be gathered now? I know my sister & I have both been to the ER from severe attacks.

@Weerd_Science Yup bro, right here. But I'm on a lot of medication for my conditions and have been reduced to "light exercise ". So relying on good diet and supplements is what i do plus, unfortunately, senacot/senalax. That ingredient seems to be the most natural & least harsh on digestive sys
