For a month & a half, I reported a problem to where I haven't been able to log into Ubisoft's Ubisoft Connect and have been getting nowhere with it. As well them taking a month to finally get back to with an auto message asking if I still had a problem. @Ubisoft@UbisoftSupport
@UbisoftSupport *sigh* yes same email and password. Since you brought it up that it might be my internet connection, I'm guessing you really have no idea what is wrong, or you wouldn't have brought that up.
Should I try turning off and, on my pc, next?
The Uplay app was so much better.
@UbisoftSupport Yes, I'm able to log in on the website. Firewall/antivirus was one of the first things that was recommended when I was looking up ways to fix said issue, did that already. I've reinstalled it multiple times and still nothing.
@bathbodyworks Today, the package for a replacement came but only found inflatable packaging (wondered why there was no weight or sound of an item moving when grabbing the box). I've been on hold waiting for an associate for 3 hours to handle my problem.
@bathbodyworks I already did that on your website and will be getting a return on the item. Just wasn't able to mention how poorly the packaging was handled on the website.
@bathbodyworks You need to work on your packaging. The first time, it's been this bad, but there have been other times a few bottles had small leaks near the cap.
