I’m deeply concerned to learn that two New Jersey water systems were hit in recent days by a series of nationwide cyberattacks with signs pointing to Iran being responsible. Thanks to the fast work of @NJCybersecurity, @FBI, @CISAgov, and @EPA, service was never disrupted and our water and families stayed safe.

This is a wake-up call. We must harden our critical infrastructure against cyberattacks – especially as advanced AI enables foreign adversaries to exacerbate vulnerabilities. I'll keep fighting in Washington to protect our water, our grid, and our communities back home from these serious threats.
