@Uber_Support why is the @UberEats menu for @ElPolloLoco so weird about tortillas? It's not possible to get a desired quantity of corn tortillas? I can only get a 5-pack with a mix of corn and flour? WTH? I only want corn. Is that so hard?

@uber I tried to schedule a MEX airport pickup 2 days ahead. It didn’t prompt me for flight info like usual for other airports. And when I tried to book it said no rides available. Do you not do airport pickups in CDMX? What went wrong?

And there are no options for useful customer service for reserved rides, only for completed rides. :-(

@uber WTH? Alerted my reserved airport ride can’t charge my ApplePay. (No idea why. No prob w Apple) Told to switch payment method but then told I can’t do that when I try. Thanks for the stress at start of my vacation. :-(
