Great to see children with diabetes featuring in Pixar's new film 'Turning Red'!

It's so important for young people to see others who look like them in films and on TV, and this is a good step in the right direction towards better representation of people living with diabetes 💙

Tomorrow our eldest restarts Methotrexate & I’m having a wobble. Sometimes the enormity of what my girls have to deal with, feels a bit overwhelming. Normally keeping my mind busy helps, but not tonight. But tomorrow is a new day, and things could be worse #JIA 💛 #T1D 💙

Today my children got to visit my grandad for the first time in a year, and we all got to hold hands again 🥰 I was afraid he wouldn’t remember them (especially with all the PPE), but his love for them shone through, just like it always has! #dementia #carehome #COVID19
