@virginmedia No one writes anything and that AUTOMATED number doesn’t even give you an option to cancel!!! WhatsApp is also a chat bot. Is this a joke? Sending smoke signals would be more effective at this rate.

@virginmedia I have honestly never experienced anything quite as infuriating as this as everything is automated there is not one option on the phone to speak to a technician! Its fucking insane. Is this how you treat your business clients? How do I cancel my account or is that automated too?

@virginmedia I’ve tried it from different browsers and computers and cleared them. I know there are no issues in the area, as no one else has them. I need to speak to someone and not be sent to an automated service that just hangs up on me!

@TfL am I mistaken in that you have CLOSED the applications for the residents discount for the ULEZ extension? That can’t possibly be true. What about the THOUSANDS of people who need their cars to live and work in these more rural areas of London? This has to be a joke.
