@GWRHelp If you ask for a single from Exeter Central to Dawlish using a Devon and Cornwall rail card tou only get the option of an electronic ticket not a smartcard.

@GWRHelp When I try to buy a ticket from your website or the app there is no option to load it onto my GWR Touch card. This is the same for colleagues and a relative so I know it isn't my phone.
