@SPrzybylo @tyLanasaurusrex Hi Sarah! I think it is really important to put an emphasis on teachers and students because teachers do so much to help children. Students' safety and health is a high priority. #PSTPLN#CEP416
@L_Wright07@tyLanasaurusrex Hi Lauren! I agree! If children are surrounded in a positive environment, it will help them feel comfortable and feel safe to learn with other children. #PSTPLN#CEP416
@tyLanasaurusrex A5: One thing I will look for in a school district is that the school promotes diversity and is welcoming to all people. I think this is really important so all children feel welcome. #PSTPLN#CEP416
@MathisonMara@tyLanasaurusrex Hi! I think it is super important for students to be active for some part of the day. Incorporating technology like this can allow them to stay healthy and have fun at the same time! #PSTPLN#CEP416
@Flipgrid @MissYates19@heathermcardle5@tyLanasaurusrex Hi Rachel! I actually have never used flipgrid, but I know it's a really fun way to get students motivated! It also is more relatable to kids now days, which is important when incorporating technology in the classroom. #PSTPLN#CEP416
@tyLanasaurusrex A4: I actually really like using Pinterest! I like it because it shows me what activities and resources teachers are using, and I can pin them to my wall. You can search anything on Pinterest. This summer I used it to come up with activities for my kids.

@SamanthaPytel@tyLanasaurusrex Hi Samantha! I agree that collaboration is a big part of problem solving. Children who can work with other students will be able to expand their communication skills and become more comfortable speaking in class. #PSTPLN#cep416
@taylalexander96 @tyLanasaurusrex Hi Tayla! I really like how you mentioned tools help with social development because we cannot just think about academic skills. Social and academic go hand in hand and predict how a child will be prepared.
#PSTPLN#CEP416
@tyLanasaurusrex A2: I think Kindergarten or lower Ed kids look at solving problems differently than older students. Providing technology that is appropriate to a certain grade level is important. After a child masters a problem he/she can be challenged and use strategies.

@MercedesFinstu1@tyLanasaurusrex Hi Mercedes! I agree! I think actually reaching out to other teachers and messaging them will be a direct way for getting answers! When connecting with groups, you can put in your opinion and hear what others have to say as well! #PSTPLN#CEP416
@weinerabby@tyLanasaurusrex Hi Abby! I really like your idea of attending conferences because every teacher has a different plan. You can really see the diversity within a group of teachers, and I think incorporating diversity into your plan, as a teacher, can grow your PLN. #PSTPLN#CEP416
@tyLanasaurusrex Q2: I think one way you can grow your professional learning network is by looking at other Professional learning networks teachers have on social media. It can also help to speak with other teachers in person and observe their plans as well as colleagues. #PSTPLN#CEP416
@ty_marae Hi Tyler! I think it is super important to know a child's strengths and weaknesses because no child learns the same. Every one is different and some could be at a different level than others! Multiple ways of teaching can really help those who learn differently. #PSTPLN#cep416
@MsDetweiler@OmillianL I completely agree! Collaboration can bring students together and form different observations around an idea. It also gets students to get to know one another in the classroom and feel comfortable with each other. #PSTPLN#CEP416#PSTPLNBC
@tyLanasaurusrex A1: One way you can meet the learning needs of all students in the classroom is by getting to know each student and what level he or she is at. A teacher can incorporate different technologies in the classroom to see if some students benefit from using them. #PSTPLN#cep416
