@MsDetweiler Hey Joy! These are all awesome things to think about. It’s great that you want to work at a school that promotes all these amazing qualities! Also working abroad is a great goal to set!
@Ashley21475580@tyLanasaurusrex Hello Ashley! I completely agree with this! Working with people you enjoy being around will help boost your moral and your overall experience as a teacher. That will also reflect how you teach within the classroom!
#PSTPLN A5: When I enter the job market, I will be looking for schools that have well rounded goals/standards set for students, has a decent pay for their teachers, and is in a relatively good area. #CEP416

@RosieinEdu Hey Rosie! I like your idea of reaching out to others in person. Maintaining that face-to-face contact is important. This is also a good way of building your PLN! #PSTPLN#CEP416
@BlackieKarissa Hello Karissa! I like this idea of using multiple different platforms. It’s important for us to get a wide range of ideas/views to further diversify our own curriculum. #CEP416
#PSTPLN A2: How will you grow your blended professional learning network? I would first begin searching online and in person for people I already know. I would see who they follow/recommend I reach out to for ideas/ different points of view to further diversify my PLN. #CEP416
@OmillianL A1. I think the most important aspect of meeting all students needs would be a Universal Design for learning (UDL). This is something every lesson plan of mine will be based off of. I do however thinking networking is just as important! #PSTLN#CEP416
Every child deserves to be warmly greeted, to have their name used positively, and to be hugged, high-fived, hand-shaked, or at least smiled at by their teacher, daily.
This is the bare minimum.
A1: I think it is incredibly important to realize each of your students are going to learn differently. You need to take the time to get to know them individually so you can learn and work with them to find out what works best for them in the classroom. #PSTPLN#cep416
@MMuggio Hello Laura! This will be extremely beneficial to you in the future. Students at any age enjoy when you notice the small details about them. #CEP416
@MsDetweiler Hello Joy, I completely agree with you! We need to accommodate to some very specific needs while still maintaining a fun/valuable environment for our students!
Okay here we go! My name is Alyse Omillian and for #PSTPLN Q1 (A1): How do you meet the learning needs of all students in your classroom? As a future teacher, I would focus on collaborating with colleagues and developing a student centered mindset. #CEP416
@misstringali1 Hello Marisa! I saw your tweet! I also like your idea of focusing on the students and engaging with other teachers! We all need to stick together! #cep416
