Existe una pandilla de motociclistas llamada Rescue Ink formada por exboxeadores, exmilitares y moteros tatuados que dedica su vida a proteger animales maltratados.

Durante años se han infiltrado en redes de peleas ilegales de perros, han ayudado a cerrar criaderos clandestinos, investigado animales robados y confrontado cara a cara a personas acusadas de abuso animal.

Muchos de ellos tienen pasados relacionados con la violencia y las bandas, pero decidieron utilizar esa intimidación para algo completamente distinto: rescatar animales que no pueden defenderse solos.

Incluso colaboran con refugios y familias para recuperar perros abandonados o sacarlos de situaciones extremas de maltrato.

In February 2026 @Herefordshire Hunt Sabs caught the Herefordshire and Clifton 'trail layer' Ian Jennings and terrier-man James Stephens waste deep in a badger sett during a 'children's meet' in Lower Chadnor, on the Garnastone Estate.

Stephens' must have misunderstood the brief, because instead of a trail, he brought a TAIL! - a fox's tail to be precise which he promptly hid in his pocket when rumbled. The terrier was unceremoniously retrieved and thrown, before they both legged it.

Stephens sped off on the quad like a bat out of hell, and Jennings presumably wandered off towards the woods looking for his smelly sock, no doubt trying to remember what it was the BHSA said about not doing terrier-work during a hunt.

After the Coniston Hunt and Teme Valley Hunt fox dig out late last year, the BHSA specifically told all hunts there'd be repercussions if they do terrier-work (PS It is never legal for terrier-men to interfere with a badger sett anyway) they were also told not be masked during a hunting day - we are all still waiting for the fox hunters at the BHSA to act against the fox hunters who are caught illegally hunting foxes to ground, and as for the terrier-men caught digging...

Do you know the Conservative party under Kemi Badenoch intend to oppose the ban on hunting wildlife. Badenoch recently attended the Heythrop Hunt fundraising Point to Point to support fox hunting.

Our wildlife are not safe in her hands.

Here she is pictured with notorious hunt thug Ollie Dale, who assaulted a female hunt sab in November 2024 for which he received a conditional caution. He was further charged with three offences of illegal hunting, including at least one fox kill.

He was subsequently let off the Hunting Act charges, proving once again that the Hunting Act fails to secure justice for our wildlife, and perfectly demonstrates why a real and effective ban - which Badenoch intends to oppose - is desperately needed.

Badenoch would have - or should have - been briefed about this, but chose to meet and have her picture taken with this violent wildlife killer, anyway.

Caballo con la espalda fracturada es azotado para que gane una carrera en Inglaterra

El caballo Gold Dancer en una carrera con obstáculos fue sometido a presión constante y azotado de forma continua por el jockey Paul Townend para mantener la velocidad. 

En el último obstáculo llegó en una condición forzada y quien lo montaba le marcó el salto adelantado lo que causó que se impactara contra la valla y sufriera una lesión grave en la columna.

El sujeto a pesar del golpe que sufrió el animal siguió azorándolo para que siguiera avanzando y ganará el primer lugar.

Solo después de terminar la carrera se bajó del caballo, los veterinarios que lo atendieron en el lugar informaron que sufrió un “fractura severa en la espalda” y fue sacrificado en el mismo lugar.

La carrera se llevó a cabo en el hipódromo de Aintree Racecourse, ubicado en Liverpool, Inglaterra, como parte del festival Grand National.

La prensa que cubre estos eventos ha tratado de suavizar el maltrato asegurando que el caballo “falló en el salto” o que “cometió un error grave”.

Un caballo en una carrera de obstáculos no decide nada, es el jockey quien  controla el ritmo, marca la distancia al salto y tiene la responsabilidad de corregir o frenar. 

Cuando un animal es entrenado bajo sometimiento, aunque esté sintiendo dolor extremo, sigue la orden.

Los latigazos provocan una respuesta de estrés que le impide desobedecer, incluso en medio del sufrimiento.

Este caballo fue llevado a un nivel de dolor indescriptible por las apuestas.

Gold Dancer a pesar de estar en la categoría de novatos fue sobreexigido por ser el favorito tan solo porque era propiedad de los organizadores, entre ellos Michael O’Leary, uno de los hombres más ricos de Irlanda.

68 caballos muertos desde 2000 en este evento, frente a cientos de millones de dólares apostados cada año, donde los caballos son llevados al límite para sostener el espectáculo.

¿Las autoridades?

Es uno de los eventos que más derrama económica dejan a Liverpool por su turismo en apuestas. Así que básicamente volteando a otro lado.
