@TUIUK I hsve done that countless times but to no avail. You just need to call your customers so a human can deal with the problem. This ongoing lack of contact is frustrating and ridiculous. I will not give up on this. You just need to call so you can understand what is going wrong

@TUIUK @TUIGroup @TUIUKPR the latest is I tried speaking to someone again, using the wrong option as there isn’t a right one. She gave me the ‘after travel’ number, which just says send us an email and then cuts you off. What am I supposed to do??????
