@virginmedia It’s now a full 6 days that I’ve not had any contact from Virginmedia. I’ve been told someone will contact you within 4 hours for all 6 days. 6 days with terrible internet + 6 days of terrible customer service. Yet if I want to upgrade I can talk within 5 mins 💰💰
