5. Charlie Millar on the 4th had a reduction on treatments. But added a toner. Total price for incomplete hair £184.99 + 10 tip 😆. And expected £55 for a new appointment for a cut even though its their fault it wasn't sobe. Joke. I'm furious with no response from them atall!!

4. The reception person was rude. The lady who dyed it was nice. Yet she left me with the underside not coloured claiming it was too short to put foils in. Surely short haired people get colours in? My trip to Manchester was affected, I was in a really hot place with no cut dobe

3. Complete. I was left with really thick hair on a trip to Manchester. The cut price was refunded £30 I'd to book a follow up cut. Yet when I called I was told it would be £55. Am I wrong to have expected 31/2 hrs long enough to complete a cut and colour? For shoulder length?

2. Due to thickness apparently there wasn't enough time to complete the cut. I was told the window was from 1-4.30 yet I had to travel so wanted away at 4pm nevertheless I said well if itl only be an extra half hour that's fine. To be told it still may not be long enough to

1.I am absolutely disgusted at my recent hair appointment on 4th October at the renowned Charlie Miller hairdressers on Stafford Street Edinburgh. I precooked a colour +treatment +cut+blow-dry. Total price quoted £197. On the say in a 3hour appointment for shoulder length hair

@adamshortss @BritishGasHelp Thank you. Apparently all my credit has disappeared into my gas usage until the 3rd of April even though it states I'm in credit by 100s yesterday and not being reviewed again until October. These companies and their employees are bankrupting the UK they are disgusting

@BritishGasHelp so I go on to British gas to request a refund and am then met with instead of getting a refund we need ro increase your payment based purely on predictions 7month away. I am in credit by 450 on 2 accounts and I apparently have to pay more bunch of jokers!! Wrong!
