Labour will force another vote on free school meals if the Government does not change course before the Christmas break.
It's not too late to do the right thing.
@DrRosena Or the woman who couldn’t buy children’s clothes when her daughter admitted to a and e? Excuse me while I ponder labours mental health strategy between amazon orders...
We need to know that from 9th November we don’t go back to the slow strangulation we’ve been suffering up to tonight. Let’s have clarity on the new regulations @cerysfurlong says 👇
@KarenLowes @DeborahMahmoud1@Maria4CarmsEast No Karen. We had a weeks notice for lockdown and less than a day regarding non essential. Try not to forget, they may be international companies but they are local jobs. I just bought a birthday card through Moonpig and need to do a shop tomorrow anyway 👍
@Davercham @BBCWalesNews@BBCNews Multiple people get paid to stock, manage and put those items through the tills. Those are local jobs. People aren’t ‘saving up’ their non essential items to buy in their local small retailer, they’re going to buy on amazon.
@lee_macgregor It just feels so petty to see what has been declared non essential by our government taped up to walk past. It’s done more harm than good.
@lee_macgregor Thing is I have lost trust that this will really last little over a fortnight. Seeing books taped up in Tesco feels dystopian and personally it just makes me click happy on amazon. Someone gets paid hours (locally) to stack and manage the non essentials.
