@sauceshop hi, are you able to tell me if your original bbq rub is gluten free? I’m thinking so but curious about the dried onion and garlic as these sometimes have wheat added.

@LNER I have to say the attitude of your ‘customer service’ staff is in stark contrast to the staff on your trains, all of whom couldn’t be friendlier.
@LNER why won’t you print a new ticket when one is lost or stolen? Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Train delayed by 2 hours on the way up and you can’t even show this tiny bit of help on the way back.

@LNER You don’t give refunds on lost tickets. Your customer service people made that very clear in their extremely unpleasant and officious computer says no manner.
@LNER They wouldn’t issue anything. I had to buy a new ticket. You’re writing this as if you’re being reasonable. You aren’t. I’ve had to pay twice. No refund.
@LNER It was bought for me through work. Your customer service people told me in a very unhelpful and unpleasant manner they could not and would not help because it is company policy not to reprint lost tickets.
