@callumclems 1. You need a club to buy them.
2. They're on contracts so don't need to go anywhere if they don't want to.
3. It's their job. If you were on a good contract and your boss told you he wanted you to go work elsewhere for less money I bet I'd know what you'd say.

@PercyArmsDisco I don't think we ever said we'd win it. Hopkninson did say the ambition was which is a lot different to actually saying we would. I like the ambition cos that's what we should have but yeah we ain't winning it in the next 20yrs 🤣

@PercyArmsDisco That's where we are now cos of PSR. Look at the likes of Brighton Bournemouth etc. They will never compete consistently because they can't pay the wages or offer consistent European football. We're just a slightly better version. Miles off the top clubs though.

@Pooliemags1Ttv So what are the 35k ST holders doing to make an atmosphere? The East Stand and Milburn stands are like morgues and the leazes level 4 is a disgrace when it comes to atmosphere. Last time I looked majority in those areas were ST holders. Blaming members is just lazy.

@agbnufc_ I don't know what the club will do, just like you don't know. But whoever we do sign to replace him will have to be within the wage structure we can offer. We will have our targets and hopefully once he's gone we move for them. Up until then I won't bust me brain wondering.

@SkySports_Keith So Barca and Bayern want a player that some of our fanbase deemed "shit" and "lazy." Good luck to the lad. 25yrs old in his prime and we're once again selling our best player. Aye PSR has a lot to answer for but consistently selling your best players won't improve the team.
