@NoneSoVale@HopelessManmode I think it’s just a desire to pass. When someone has many traits that read masculine, it’s easier for them to pass when they have a very hard to ignore feminine trait.
@MagpieBTimPopSo@MinEffortLive Ironically, depressed trans women themselves will give you a list of characteristics look out for. Philtrum length, midface ratio, etc etc. but it’s usually an evaluation of all these factors together.
@xMoiraFox I think a more honest “gender critical” person would be worried about
1. The lived experience of being a man
2. Some inherently predatory male psychology
@Tawadros15@waterpowder1 Do you think that a homosexual person could be happier in a same-sex marriage than outside of one? Are they foregoing happiness by avoiding sin, or do you think it’s “false” happiness?
@thepeacepoet99@DefinedUniquely It’s wild that a detrans person would be considered part of the trans cult. Detransitioning and being vocal about it is very blatantly against the “dogma” of popular trans rhetoric.
@Entoma2657 The distances between her facial features are smaller. Eyes to Mouth or Nose to Mouth, both of those are
small distances that read feminine. If an artist were to draw her, they’d have to make sure these distances are accurate or else they’d lose some of her likeness.
@r0ttnmutt Sometimes they just need to be big enough to actually be read as breasts rather than a flabby man chest. Or a bodybuilder who cycled steroids and developed gyno.
@W33ab00Jones@PropaneMan92@KaiKai2492 Sure, if that’s your definition of “real woman” then you’re right. I think trans people are aware of this reality even if they bristle over the terminology.
But it’s important not to fall victim to the nirvana fallacy. Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good.
