We just made bug triage sexy again.
Now, when a nasty Linear ticket hits the team, an agent comes back 15 minutes later with the whole investigation: what happened, where it lives in the code, a test, a fix, a draft PR, a confidence read, and the right owner.
And when it can close the bug, it just does. 15% of bugs now get closed without a second of engineering time, and without production-log access.
The agent is built with Linear as the system of record, Clay automations handling the handoff, and Cognitionโs Devin doing the autonomous investigation work.

@clay_gtm was 20 people when I joined. Today we are 552. The thing Iโm most proud of is that our marketing team moves just as fast now vs. then. The reason is because Iโm obsessed with avoiding the startup marketer death cycle.
As a marketer joining a startup, you probably experienced this cycle:
Step 1: You join early. Mostly because you seek the ability to move fast and solve problems. You talk to customers, you find the value prop, you find the levers, you find the channels, and you ship fast. Things work. The company grows.
Step 2: So you hire. More people means more process though. Now, weโre worried about our brand, we spend hours talking about alignment, we also need to go through approval chains. Launches that took days start taking weeks.
Step 3: You get frustrated. You've forgotten you're the person who moved fast when the team was small. And you often talk to others โremember when we launched that campaign?! That was crazy.โ You keep thinking about the good old days.
Step 4: So you leave for the next early-stage startup to feel that speed again. And typically, the cycle repeats itself.
Autonomy and speed are the only things that keep great marketers around. And the thing that kills both is the org chart.
Here's how weโve been trying to fight it:
1. Diagnose the org bottlenecks. You should try to design the teams to move fast. Typically, social teams fall under brand and video under content. This inevitably creates a bottleneck. Combine the two so they can create and distribute content right away.
2. Give the team the ability to bring in external resources. Do they need to ship something fast? Hire contractors to unblock you now.
Inevitably, this creates a lack of coordination. However, I would rather have a chaotic org that ships fast, than an organized org that moves slow.
Gotta choose your battles.
For the first time, Clay Club (@clay_gtm) came to Istanbul, and we were proud to be one of the organizers behind it. ๐
A great morning of hands-on learning around modern distribution. Clay basics, personal brand on LinkedIn, and a firsthand startup GTM story.
Cold list to warm intro, in one table.
No more bouncing between a prospecting tool, LinkedIn, an email finder, and a sequencer.

HOW GTM ENGINEERS ARE REBUILDING SALES
Everett (@retttx), Head of GTM Engineering at Clay, joins @eshita and @khushii_w for a conversation on the rise of GTM engineering.
06:00 - Why the old outbound motion broke
09:51 - GTM loops: data > agents > action > feedback
12:46 - The โgolden listโ every founder should build
14:04 - Good outbound means sending fewer emails
16:24 - The campaign that booked ~60% of targets
19:48 - How other industries leapfrog into modern GTM
22:17 - The GTM mistake founders make early
29:06 - Why GTME is an index on AI capabilities
Great conversation with @retttx on how GTM engineering works in practice: campaigns heโs built, how GTME can support industries outside tech, and what sales workflows may look like as AI gets more capable.
Lots of tactical advice in here if youโre building GTME at your org and want to borrow from how @clay_gtm thinks about it.
Curious how we do GTM Engineering internally at Clay? We're live on Reddit with the expert builder who creates the systems that support our rapid scale and entire sales org.
We're answering:
- What production systems have produced the highest ROI?
- How do we decide what to build?
- What's build has had outsized impact on the company?
- What advice would you give new GTMEs?

@joshkim@bot 1. we wired it to @clay_gtm to be able to launch outbound campaign seamlessly with the Clay CLI
2. we created a bot for each customer to run every day at 4 and check for common problems/success we can report on custom to each customer
3. we do all of our list building with it!
Introducing Index
Today we're coming out of stealth with the largest and most diverse robot dataset to scale general purpose robots
To date we've crossed 264,000 app downloads and uploaded 16 million videos
Not to call the game early, folks. But checkmate.
Account Agents are here.
You can now add an Account Agent to a Clay Workflow. It remembers what it concluded last time and chooses the next step from a list of configurable actions.
Then Workflows, our visual canvas for triggers and actions, carries it out: branching the play, running enrichments, notifying you in Slack, or updating records. The result gets saved back to your account data automatically.
In technical terms: Build Workflows through the CLI, store everything in Audiences, and run Account Agents on top of it.
Account Agents in Workflows are now in open beta for Enterprise, Growth, and Launch customers.

Brilliant startup GTM leader + incredible product โ go-to-market success.
For many startups, GTM can feel like a lot of guesswork: blasting cold messages into the void, reaching the wrong people at the right companies, or the right people with the wrong message.
That guesswork burns time (and runway).
Introducing Wedge, Clay's Startup GTM Accelerator for venture-backed, early-stage startups.
Over 14 days, founders and GTM leaders build a revenue engine that gets smarter as they scale and never stops finding their best customers.
You'll walk away with:
- A sharpened ICP
- A live Audience that stays current on its own
- Segment-specific messaging in your buyer's language
- A working outbound engine designed to scale with you
Plus support from Clay Coaches, access to advanced features, credits to build with, and a community of cracked startup GTM leaders solving the same problems as you.
