@KAYAK is a SCAM. Be very careful. They make you spend 15 mins inputting your passenger info then just as you hit book, they put the price up by £100... avoid like the plague.

@Jkreds123 @Icelandair @British_Airways Unfortunately iceland air left us stuck at the airport for 3 days, messed up our rebooked flights twice, refused to offer food vouchers, turned off their phone lines and online chat and ignored us.

Coming up to day 3 stranded @Gatwick_Airport ... no-one from the airport to talk to. The help desk is deserted. Apparently we're flying with @JetBlue now but their desks are deserted. Only people who are willing to help are @easyJet who have nothing to do with it. Lovely people.
