MARRIAGE SERIES: A LISTENING HEART AND EAR
James 1:19 (NKJV): “So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.”
In a marriage relationship, you should never allow your spouse to repeat themselves continuously over the same issue.
This problem has plagued many marriages and has often produced devastating consequences.
When your spouse is grieved by a particular matter, has spoken about it several times, and yet has seen no positive response from you, they may eventually come to a place where they no longer desire to communicate. This is because they believe they are not being heard.
This is a dangerous place for any marriage.
It marks the beginning of the death of intimacy. Intimacy begins to die when we tolerate and become numb in the places that should be healed through honest and open sharing.
As a married person, you must be conscious of the things your partner has raised several times. Do not dismiss them as nagging. Do not treat their pain as an inconvenience.
Take deliberate steps to show your spouse that they have been heard. Make the necessary adjustments. Create an atmosphere where harmony can grow.
If you fail to do this, you may open a door in your marriage that gradually turns two people into strangers.
God’s desire is that your marriage remains a place of tenderness, safety, understanding, and intimacy. Hallelujah!

PRAYER: Father, I thank You for the wisdom of Your Word. I have a listening heart and ear. I receive the grace to respond to my spouse with love, humility, patience, and understanding. By this wisdom, my marriage withstands all storms. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
FAITH IS NOT TIME-BOUND
Mark 4:12 (KJV): “That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.”
Have you ever wondered why one person hears the Word of God and immediately receives a miracle, while another hears the same Word and takes a while to see the manifestation of that truth?
This question has caused many to wonder whether God reserves miracles for some people only during specific seasons, or whether He chooses to heal some while ignoring others.
This, of course, is not true.
God is not partial or selective in His goodness. He does not withhold His power from one child while freely giving it to another.
Our theme scripture introduces a very important truth in the faith equation when it says, “lest at any time.”
This matter of time is not about whether God wants to answer you or not. It is about whether you see, perceive, and understand His truth, and by that understanding position your spirit to receive what grace has already made available.
The phrase “lest at any time” means that a man may receive his miracle right now, while another may receive the same truth years later. The difference is not in God’s willingness. The difference is in spiritual perception. One person sees the miracle now and receives it now. Another person sees it much later and receives it then.
So choose, child of God. Be the one who sees it now and receives it now. Be the one who does not postpone their “lest at any time.” Be the one whose “any time” is this hour, this minute, and this very second. Hallelujah!

PRAYER: Father, I thank You because Your Word is true, living, and powerful. I refuse to limit my faith by time. I choose to see what You have made available to me in Christ. I believe that Your grace and power are present. I receive my healing, restoration, and deliverance. Today, I walk in the manifestation of Your promises. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

@GODFREY_Kutesa@adoniaayebare Anyone who has been at Victoria University since Dr. Muganga’s inauguration as Vice Chancellor would truly understand the weight of what you’re saying about him.
There are parts of the human body that are not visible to the eye yet they are equally important.
Similarly, in the body of Christ, there are parts that you may never see. These are individuals serving the Lord whose labours may never come into the limelight.

How tables turn! Remember when Lawrence Muganga, the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University, was arrested in 2021 over allegations he was spying on Uganda on Rwanda’s behalf.
Now, he has been appointed Minister of Internal Affairs, meaning he will be the boss of the same people who once arrested him.
90% of people who hate Microsoft Edge have never actually used it.
I’ve been using it for 5 years now and I have to say; it’s the best browser for windows.
