Have really tried to improve my survivor optimizer tool. Have added a ton of new features which includes backup options which can effect season path. Also a feature that allows a path without week 18 since there's such a lack of motivation potential if you want to see. Also your path shows up clearly on the season grid and tms already taken are gray'd out. Just visually easy to follow. An example illustration https://t.co/rZneejoNYw

I know the Vikings haven't played a tough schedule. Nonetheless, they have held opposing offenses to a negative EPA in all 6 games this year and 9 straight dating back to last season. They have held opposing offenses to an EPA below their seasonal average in 16 straight games! No other defense has longer than 9 games (JAX) over the last two seasons. Incredible stuff all hail king Flores 👑

I stole this from @SamHoppen good bar charts. But a twist. I only care about how offenses and defenses perform from a drive perspective when an offense starts in their own territory and need to have some success in order to get into a scoring zone. So how have offenses and defenses performed getting to the opponent 40 yard line (likely FG range) and what happened when they got there.
- New England offense driving very well but have stopped themselves too often
-The Jags defense continues to allow lots of scoring drives but keep turning offenses over once they get there

I would think if the Titans were going to trade Tony Pollard you would do it after that last game. Getting Pollard at half the price in a trade vs Jonathan Taylor is interesting for buyers imo. 11th in rush yards over expected. Packers would be interesting as a nice 1-2 punch with Jacobs

At this point since the Jets own the Colts first round pick they should offer mid/late round picks for anyone the colts are willing to trade. Benefit of making Indy worse and worse for the cost of some 5th and 6th rd picks seems worth it

Adding another in season award:
Gabe Jacas DROY (45-1 FD):
Has been a menace lately and generated 5 pressures and a sack vs CHI on TNF. In the last month among all pass rushers he ranks 5th in PFF pass rush grade. For the season 2nd in pressures and 3rd in sacks for the draft class. Now gets Miami, GB beat up OL and after their bye the Chargers, Jets and Miami again. I think this should be more like 15-1 tbh

Took some Joe Burrow MVP at 20-1 on FD yesterday. Dropped a little since but 15-1 or better at FD or Kalshi still is ok imo. Bengals have the easiest rem schedule in NFL based on current market ratings. Much easier set of pass defenses going forward vs tms like HOU, TB, PIT & JAC they’ve seen so far. Competition is very weak right now
