@TeamYouTube So if my application still stands then that's what I wanted to know. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't a technical problem with the account. My channel currently has over 3000 subs and over 7000 hrs watch time within the past year. Isn't that enough to be monetized?

@TeamYouTube I was not looking for a review, I only want my original application deleted because it seems to be stuck at the 3rd step for the past 4 years. You tube actually sent me an email in 2018 stating they canceled my application. If that's the case, then why is it still pending?

@TeamYouTube Yeah the only thing is I applied 4 years ago and they canceled it in 2018. It seems like my app was never fully canceled. I'm not able to even try reapplying until my original app is taken out of pending status or someone reinstates it.
