@DrPeteMalliaras Post natally I’d consider 4 week return to be quite fast. Lots of things change in pregnancy including foot positioning, weight distribution etc, plus all the extra factors that come with having a new baby.

@DrPeteMalliaras Also, if you had a non-pregnant person who has stopped running for 9 months then had tried to return over a period of 4 weeks, you’d put their achillies pain down to increasing loading too quickly. Post-natal women are no different.
