#UAE's state-owned (ENOC) won the tender to swap crude exported from #Iraq to #Lebanon for fuel compatible with Lebanese power plants.
The first swap will replace 84,000 tons of 🇮🇶 crude with ~30,000 tons of heavy Grade B fuel oil & ~33,000 tons of gas oil.
US Gulf Coast #crude exports came in at a four-week high, very close to the export pace projected by our joint product with McQuilling Services and Link Data Services.

Refinery runs are rebounding in China after recent persistent maintenance – even though crude imports are not picking up yet. This is because product export quotas look set to temper oil demand growth optimism in the months ahead.
