If you want to be in a good mood and optimistic, read the following:

It's only February 8th, 2026, and by then we will have already:

- the first cure for HPV (Mexican doctors)

- the first cure for colon cancer (Korean scientists)

- a groundbreaking way to treat brain cancer (Israeli scientists)

- cured pancreatic cancer for the first time

- and, most recently, the first blood cancer patient successfully treated using CAR-T cell therapy

However: take it with a grain of salt. This does *not* mean we have universal therapies for everyone yet. But it clearly indicates that we are definitely moving in the right direction and that breakthroughs are increasing.
