Small circular early #medieval fortress in Łęki Wielkie is an example of so called Tornow type strongholds typical for vast areas between Lusatia in eastern part of Germany and central part of Poland in 9th and first half of 10th c.

And lastly: A late 10th-mid 11th c (stylistic dating) limestone crucifixion panel from Wormington Grange (Gloucestershire). H 34in / W 19>18.3in / D 5.5>3.5in. Built into E wall of internal S aisle of St Katherine's church. Reportedly dug up in garden of Wormington Grange.

This is Worcester's Workhouse, Tallow Hill, on an 1901 OS map. We have various records for the Poor Law Unions. Unfortunately details of those admitted, which is often what people want for family history, haven't always survived
