For commentors: Marc isn't claiming fraud, just the risk of it. CA’s outdated, slow voting process kills voter confidence, thus probably lowers turnout, and damages election integrity.
Just because a bug isnt proven to be abused, doesnt mean you shouldn't fix it.

No. I'd assume it's sparse and between total 3-5T.

My best guess would be 3.5T

I think GPT 4 was overparameterized at 1.8T
Later improvements in the 10^25 era had around 600-1T model sizes.
Would put GPT 4.5 (10^26) around 2.8T

Recent "leaks" indicate mythos at 10^27.5, but this may include RL. In which case Mythos might only be around 3T.

If I knew more about the Hardware that it's run on, then we would know more.

@flavioAd We set up a trap for that exact link. It's MSHTA in memory script that turns on remote access, gets a trojan on your computer and probably runs an infostealer, uploads it to their servers and the malware leaves your computer without much of a trace beyond cached logs.
