@RICH_AgilityLab Oh I know. It’s just ironic how their mandate is to further their respective sports and yet all administrators are concerned with is maintaining the status quo to keep their jobs. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Anything but the best interest for sport.

@SarahHervert10 Self employed working with both kids and adults. You get the entire band width of competences to keep life interesting and the self employment aspect enables the freedom and in time financial stability to work in a way to pursue your own interests

@RICH_AgilityLab I’ve always thought this is what is missing in the UK. S&C coaches are specialist practitioners, not always skilled in business, so having an manager to market and contract for them would only be a good thing.
