Know this: extra work will always be OPTIONAL. Whether it’s HS/College/Pro, no one is going to hold your hand to make you get better. It’s on you. You have to want to be great more than others ever want it for you. Take responsibility for yourself, your game & your improvement!
Once you become a coach, it’s not about you anymore. It’s about your players & their dreams. Not what you want for them, but what they want for themselves. You’re there to help them go as far as they can to reach their potential. Not matter how big/small the dream, it’s theirs!

Players the “off-season” or better known as the “improve-season” is where you work towards the role u want next season. Whatever skill set you roll into 1st day of practice with next season will determine the role u run with. We can’t make u a great shooter once November hits!
Community is what high school sports are all about! High school student-athletes make outstanding role models for the young athletes in their community.
First round of tournament in the books, and @CoachCHolland and @GirlsHawk got the win and advanced. Lots of players contributed! The Warriors will welcome in Catholic Central on Friday in a regional semifinal contest at Black Hawk High School on Friday evening. #OwnYourOwn
