🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
THE BILL HAS DROPPED!
This is historic for every coach in Florida 🌴
For the first time, a bill finally gives school districts full authority to pay coaches what they deserve. No more outdated rules. No more limits. And very loud for the people in the back: unions will no longer control athletic stipends 🚫🗣️
The power goes directly back to the districts and the communities that know their coaches best.
This bill is going to elevate the entire state:
• Competitive compensation from Pensacola to Miami
• Stronger hiring and retention of elite coaches
• More stability for programs and student athletes
• Freedom for districts to use salaries, hourly rates, bonuses, and incentives
• Real pay for real work
This bill opens the door for real wages, real recognition, and real hope for the men and women who build our student-athletes every single day.
This is the future @PayFLCoaches has fought for. This is the future coaches deserve. Florida just stepped into a new era.
Thank you @csime90, @AdamAndersonFL, @RonDeSantis for standing up for our high school coaches in Florida 💥

“We are ring chasing, because that is the standard that was put in front of us.”
Matt Jackson (@action2348) took over as head coach of the @Linc_TrojansFB football program back in January, and he's hit the ground running to make sure the Trojans stay on top.
22/29, 290 yds 5 TDs
9 carries for 87 yds 2 TDs
All while running an offense brand new to him, against 2 completely different defensive structures. Explosive arm and legs, a brain that learns quickly, and relentless work ethic!
