"It's not what you're capable of, it's what you're willing to do. I know plenty of people that are capable, I know fewer that are willing. Will is a powerful thing. Ask yourself, "What are you willing to do?"

Focus on the process of success, instead of only the results. By using this mindset, we can often learn from our experiences and enjoy the journey, rather than worrying about the result. Measure your growth in movements NOT by great moments.
Somewhere along the line, society started thinking that tearing others down is “cool”.
You wanna know what’s cool:
• Saying thank you
• Helping strangers
• Listening to learn
• Being on time
• Empowering others
• Being where your feet are
• Giving without expectations
"What's in the middle of excUses? The answer is "u". You make hundreds of choices daily.
It's not the coach's fault that you didn't put forth the effort, were selfish, or had a bad attitude.
Excuses don't exist on great teams."@jamybechler
"It's called changing a limit. Parents today don't allow their kids to change their limits. They're worried about them failing instead of learning. But you learn through the experience of failure & success"
Don't steal their struggle. Productive struggle produces positive results
@StrauszBrady @CoachStrongSC @CoachGriffSC Extremely proud! Cannot say enough about Brady. True competitor, leader, and absolutely no quit in this dude!
"Preparation doesn't guarantee a result; it guarantees growth. There are certain characteristics and things that should not have an ebb and a flow. There's not an ebb and flow in terms of your focus, your discipline, and your work ethic. That is solid daily."
Discipline is a choice before it’s a habit.
Greatness is a choice before it’s a habit.
Commitment is a choice before it’s a habit.
Resilience is a choice before it’s a habit.
Progress is made one choice at a time.
Do the work.

PLAYERS: A bad coach doesn't make you have a bad attitude. A good coach doesn't make you have a good attitude. Only you can choose your attitude. Circumstances may make things harder or easier but not impossible or automatic. Your attitude shouldn't be situational.
