Guys if you don’t get it just know that’s the reason only 7.5% of highschool players play college, only half a percent of that go on to play pro ball, I figured it out wayyyyyyy too late! Trying to help y’all figure it out early to give you the best chance to succeed, FIO! Use your hands and arms to hit the ball, hitting a baseball is a fine movement, can’t use broad muscles to swing think about it 🤷🏽‍♂️
