@Dr_JustinLima 10 “60 sec” reps - that seems pretty extreme - if it’s 10x300 shuttles… to me. It looks like 15 to 45 to rest. Which would be more of a Tempo set up.

@skoch34 @Rooftoprogue @FixingEducation Coaching is extra, it’s a choice to coach. Teaching jobs are not attractive due to inflation, period. Years ago a family of 2 teachers could have a great life, and have a ton of time off. Now, you can’t - and it’s only getting worse

@Fred__Duncan Or they don’t, and they just have a realistic gauge on what their speed is. The amount “4.5 & 4.6” kids we would have show up and be a 4.7-4.85 (which in my opinion at 18 years old is still pretty quick) was minimum 3 out of every 4. I do like your assessment tho, very solid
