It’s doing the work! 💯

[Coach AJ 🎯 Mental Fitness @coachajkings]

Usain Bolt said, "I trained 4 years to run 9 seconds and people give up when they don't see results in 2 months."

Patience isn't just sitting around and waiting.

It's doing the work.

It's balancing instant gratification with your future goals.

Head Coaches
If every workout your players went though was “excellent “ or “ really good “
If every weight room or conditioning session was “ great “ or “ they got after it “
If every film session was “ positive “

They aren’t getting your players past discomfort/ conflict.

One thing I believe needs to be looked at is the CIF dead period schedule. Kids who aren't on shoe circuit teams rely on events like Cali Live and Vegas Live to get in front of college coaches. We couldn't attend because of the dead period, and it directly impacted players like @donwebb_2027 , who had multiple college coaches asking if he'd be there. There are so many talented kids in the same position. Hopefully this can be reconsidered in the future so every student-athlete has a fair opportunity to be recruited.

Don’t stress and worry about what Clubs or Groups or Circles you aren’t apart of or invited into.

Be WAY MORE concerned about who you let into Yours !!

Thank you @linkedin for contacting me directly and quickly resolving my issue!

[Rusty Van Cleave @CoachRVC]

@LinkedIn I have been locked out of my account for a month. The AI chat & help center directed me to a verification process that I completed yet have not heard back from for weeks. The platform is all about humans connecting to share and grow in our business environment yet I cannot get a human being to connect with me to solve my issue.

@MAGAVoice I am in support of this type of maintenance. It is likely they will then fall into disrepair over time as there is never enough money for proper upkeep of most of our public facilities. Most city, state, and the national government can't even balance a budget.

Great season to a very together group of Knights and my nephew @PatrickPetross2 . I really enjoyed watching them grow and compete this year plus a great playoff run as a bonus. Good luck to all in the future. @SteveFryer @OCSportsZone @latsondheimer @ocvarsity

[Foothill Knights Baseball @FoothillBasebal]

With the loss today, the 2026 season has come to a close for the Knights. This group of young men had a great season and an unforgettable playoff run. They played with joy, passion, and love. They made each other better daily. This was truly a remarkable group.#dabonem #K4L

[Rusty Van Cleave @CoachRVC]

@SteveFryer Wonderful person of faith who I had the honor of knowing through our church, St. John’s Lutheran, and while standing on the sideline with my team as she prayed for the athletes competing in that evenings basketball game. 🙏
