@SprintCoachMir We race model with goal touchdown times at each hurdle. In my opinion every race over 150m has maintenance (not slow) phase. What hurdler can do over H1, H4, and through the 200m mark can give a lot info on their potential.

Late on this but I'M A STATE CHAMPION BABY. Super humbled and blessed to be standing on top this year, this time in cross country. Becoming an individual cross country state champion has been a dream of mine as long as I can remember and I am so honored to call myself one.#AGTG
East Forsyth senior Alex Arrambide won the Class 4A individual title during the state cross country meet Saturday in Carrollton. Here is a video of the Georgia Tech commit receiving his first-place medal.
I'm so happy to announce I have committed to run cross country and track for the Georgia Institute of Technology at the division 1 level, starting next fall. Thank you God, coaches/team, family, and friends for pushing me, never letting me give up and reminding me to dream big!

@zunitk@MikeCunningham If they are participating in another school sport, then yes. We just have to make a schedule that works for both teams and the athlete. However, when recreational activity ,like pickup basketball for a kid who doesn’t play basketball, is discouraged during season.
East Forsyth's Alex Arrambide continued his flawless start to the year, while the Denmark boys captured the team title during the Warpath Invitational Sept. 17 in Canton. Meanwhile, North Forsyth placed second in the Wire2Wire Invitational in Cartersville. https://t.co/fPxJPQVZp9
@CoachArthurW Mine would be a basketball player turned high jumper. Missed the event at the first meet b/c he “overslept.” Jumped 5’ 8” at his first meet. But he stayed with it and cleared 6’ 6” at the state championship. Now a D1 jumper. @AsieduNoel @UTRGVTrackField
