@DeloneBoysBB @NFHS_Org Also, now you will have teams foul at the end of each quarter if they do not have 5 fouls. I will have my kids fouling at the end of the 1st if we only have 2 team fouls. Now you increase the risk of those fouls being “rough play”.

@DeloneBoysBB @NFHS_Org So you could possibly shoot four less free throws in a game if fouls 3 and 4 are not shooting fouls. Regardless, you still have the same chance after every missed free throw for “rough play”. Over legislation of the game imo, takes away the challenge of making the first.
