As our final out-of-state tournament as Desert Angels Blackjack approaches, we’re excited to officially announce that our team will be transitioning to Unity 18U!
While we’ll continue representing Desert Angels Blackjack through the remainder of the summer, beginning September 1st, we will officially become the first Unity team in the state of Arizona!
This is an exciting new chapter for our players and families, and we are honored to help bring the Unity family to Arizona.
Why Unity?
🥎 A nationally recognized, development-first organization focused on helping athletes succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
📈 A clear pathway for player development through high-level training, education, and competitive opportunities.
🎓 Recruiting resources and athlete support designed to help players gain exposure and reach the next level.

It’s not just playing games and hoping a coach finds you.

It means posting your videos consistently.
It means building a network that likes, comments, and reposts your content.
It means following college coaches and programs.
It means replying to their posts, engaging with them, and letting them know you exist.

College coaches can’t recruit players they’ve never seen or heard of.

Be intentional. Support other players, and they’ll support you back. One repost, one comment, or one connection could put your profile in front of the right coach.

The recruiting process isn’t passive. Put yourself out there and make it impossible to be overlooked. 🥎🔥
