Got outside today in the nice weather (except for the wind). I worked on my footwork for play action passes. The routes I focused on throwing were primarily digs and I ended with a few posts in the wind.

Worked hard today on keeping my weight back during my throwing motion. I used a blue foam pad to help elevate my foot and be able to stack my weight. Then after I repped that, I finished the day off practicing dig routes with @finley_deanWR.

Thank you @finley_deanWR for catching for me today. Got in some great work focusing on tight window throws while mixing in some lateral pocket movement towards the end. That included cross body one the run, throwing with my body throws, and quick setting me feet outside the pocket.

Got outside in the heat today with @finley_deanWR. Started off practice with alternating 1 and 2 balls at around 25 yards. Then I transitioned into pocket movement drills moving around cones with throws about 30-40 yards away.
